I love my fitbit and wear it all the time. I don't know how accurate they are, it is just technology so it definitely could be off, but it keeps me on track and I have an idea on how much I burn, I have mine connected to MFP and I don't eat the calories I burn what works for me to maintain my goal. I don't know if I would…

Hey, I just came across your post and I felt like responding. I do not relate to the feelings you feel but my little sister did and she did commit suicide 2 years ago. I just want to encourage you in saying that no matter what is going on in life there is hope, try to find strength in GOD's word and find encouraging…

Your mfp counts your exercise so how more you exercises the more calories get added. I dont eat the exercise calories, but mfp tells you how many calories you can still eat everytime you log new calories that you ate, so with exercise u can eat more then what ur daily goal is. I hope this was helpful i am pretty new to it…

I have heard that if you burn 500 calories more then what you eat you will lose around 1 pound a week. So if you eat 1600 and you burn 2100 your good. I don't know if it is true, it is working for me

A while back i started with 1200 calories a day as well, it worked for a couple days and then i became so hungry that I ate everything, then I felt guilty and went back to 1200. in the end I only gained weight. it is better to keep your calorie count a little higher and excersice with it. It will be better for long term
