Hey everyone, I reached my goal weight and i am very excited about that. But it means i have to bring the calories i eat closer to the calories i burn and i am scared to do so. New to the groups looking for motivation
I have been on Fitnesspal of and on. I use it together with Fitbit. I never looked at the community part. I have a really love/hate relationship with food.
