New to the groups looking for motivation

I have been on Fitnesspal of and on. I use it together with Fitbit. I never looked at the community part. I have a really love/hate relationship with food. I can go days on 1000 calories and then have a day I eat it all. I know really unhealthy hahaha I would love to lose more weight but for now I really need to learn to build a healthy relationship with food. I would love to find friends to support each other and to keep each other motivated
