I will try that! I like the flavour of all that stuff, but I dont need the extra ingredients too. Plus it seems to be a easier when it comes to measuring!

HYDE ZERO, it doesnt kick me out of ketosis. I'm very limited on preworkouts i can use

safe dose for anyone is 300, maximum safe dose can be up to 700 for me but Im not sure if thats true

I'd like to see if the cause of the migraines are due to withdrawal of caffeine first. My BP and cholesterol was high but went down when I started keto a few months ago. Other than that no side effects. Mostly cautious because it's been known that even the best athletes who eat super clean just have an over stimulated…

I do eat vegetables, no fruit other than raspberries and avocados I shouldn't say no carbs, maybe 30g net carbs/day. Blood pressure, LDL all gone down and off my BP meds completely.

Thanks! I have burnt myself out before doing something similar, the only factor that changed was my diet and so far its alot better. I actually sleep between 6-7 hours and im not tired in the morning and i fall asleep easier. It doesnt take me long to get ready or anything and weekends I work 7 hours/week but not 13…

Thank you everyone! I dont actually feel like I'm going to have a heart attack physically. Its more mental because on average I have 785mg caffeine/day and it should only be about 300mg a bit more since im a bigger fella. I get the migraines when I havent had any caffeine but im trying to slowly decrease that way the short…

@tinkerbellang83 Okay well first...I read 2200 calories so an 800 calorie increase in a meal isn't hard or bad...and I'm speaking from experience, from coaching, from my clients and from what I see. It works. it doesn't have to be done but yeah shocking your nervous system does help because our bodies don't like to lose…

"If there's anyone who knows about artificial sweeteners its me. I know all of the artificial sweeteners. They love me, I use them for everything. We're going to make Starbucks great again." -Trump

Make you cheat days around 3000 calories. The whole point is to shock your body. 4 pounds is great tho. Your averaging 52 pounds/year...That's pretty darn good. Like everyone else is saying, its not linear. Don't always go by the scale too. Go by how you feel..bloated, tired etc

If you're buying a $5 coffee you should be able to put anything you want it in.

no knifing? ok

@kimny72 Agree. I didnt look at it that way. I just mean that IF is not short lived. Its popularity maybe but not the way of eating. I just don't think its fair to use fad in a negative context when describing IF. But yeah its a fad lol.
-
Just find something that works for you. It'll take time. It'll go slower than you want. You'll get frustrated. Might not see results at some points. But as long as you don't give up you'll get there. Low carb is tough if its not ketogenic because then you whole system switches and you actually have a bit more energy but…

one more time...skipping breakfast people. Yeah you may have been doing it before or actually may not have the point is, we have more info on it now, more people can connect and discuss. If everyone has been doing it for so long, then its not a fad. Fads are short lived which some of you claim its not the case. We just…

And IF is NOT a diet. Its just a habbit of eating. diet reflects on what you eat, not how. I can eat pizza, poptarts and pringles between 8 am and 9 pm, the next day i can do it between 12pm and 8pm and it still be considered fasting but with an awful diet! Actually It doesnt sound that bad...
-
@KSJR78 and anyone else curious...anything besides water, breaks a fast. A true fast means no digestive enzymatic activity. The whole purpose behind fasting only works if we abide by our biology meaning make our enzymes work when they are supposed to work. Let's say you eat between 12pm and 8pm but have a coffee at 6 am…

Eating more fiber and not spending 30 min on the bowl

Could be fluctuations in water. Even a tanita scale or inbody machine will have the slightest inaccuracy. mon-thurs isnt a big time to see muscle loss difference. Our muscles store water so maybe you have a little depleted along with glycogen and that's why you BF hasnt dropped. Ive went from 262-257 in 4 days with my BF…

@shareebarnett2017 its not for everyone! and you're right you do not have restrict that much. The beginning you lose a ton of water weight then its steady on, if done correctly. Some people don't track, induldge in artifical sweetners that have proven to kick people out of ketosis, or simply cheat on the diet, resulting in…

@paperpudding yeah maybe I shouldn't have included my email then. I can see that. I'm just not always on here and email, to me, is how I get in touch with people the most. Also, i agree. Not sure if you read my reply but I said its not a magic diet. I've been doing research on it for years and it's just something I…
-
@ash_821 I have been doing it for a while so I cant join now, but may I tag along? The more accountability the better!
-
It does for some people. It works if you dont cheat, and if youre patient. It's not a magic diet but if done properly and consistently, you'll get results!

Anything that sells well in life is a money maker. Doesnt mean that they are bad. The key word is supplement. When you're tired, have no motivation and arent feeling it. They are great. I personally love the tingly feeling. On long days where I dont want to workout i take it and within 30 min all I can think about is…

@SarahVanLoo , weight lossed is weight lossed! If you feel like you're truly not making progress and are slacking as a result, give yourself a timeframe. Its great to have a goal but you need to have a time frame otherwise you give yourself forever to do it. One thing to remember, keto isnt for everyone and its not a…

@mph323 I started powerlifting a while ago, before keto, and I had very poor nutritional habbits, as a result however, I increased strength. I needed to lose weight but still wanted to keep as much strength as possible so I made up a schedule. I would only fast for 16 hours every other day, timing my meals before I worked…

@Wetcoaster ketone bodies improve the efficiency and energy levels of the mitochondria, which produce energy for the body’s cells. Ketosis can also help make new mitochondria and increase ATP in your brain’s memory cells. I am not always on this feed as you can see, this is my first post. Not selling anything...I know hard…
