I blend it with other things. Kale chips are cool too but I need to drown it in seasoning!

Everyone’s different when it comes to that. They either look out for themselves for you or meet in the middle. If you’re not happy then you need to clarify. The more you let it happen, the more people will expect from you!

I know a lot of people are saying no foods are good or bad but I guess that’s within reason. Don’t make your calorie goal and hit it with pop tarts and French fries y’know? You might be missing some other nutrients lol. Looks for nutritious foods, but if you want, also allow for a few treats as long as it’s not over…

Everyone’s method of cutting out something is different and works for them because it’s catered towards them. Being in a cal deficit will allow you to lose weight...so how to not over eat? Track and maybe allow room for deserts? Eat other foods that keep you from appetite? It’s a trial and error. Try a few things out that…

20 pull ups. I can bench 415 but can’t do 2 pull ups!! I’ve been doing assisted and been getting 1-2 reps every week. Almost there!

Chiro, Massage therapist, doctor. Back pain can a result of a lot. Personally being over weight cause my back to hurt. My living mechanics were thrown off so I had to reconstruct my form and then when I lost weight do it over again! Don’t rush anything and take your time with getting that back, back to shape!

Be careful when getting nutrition advice from a PT, make sure they are certified. Almost every PT is different. Depends what you want. Some people need compassion some people need a good kick in the butt or wake up call. Accountability is the major look out. Having a PT that’s in it for you. Also look for ones that admit…

I’m a student massage therapist and that sounds familiar! I would recommend going to see a professional. Try palpating your calves for trigger points. If they are sensitive and can’t self massage them, press down on your Achilles for 1-2 min, it should relieve tension in your calves!

Fibre will never be higher than carbs. If you’ve eaten 70 grams of carbs but 35 of it is fiber then you have 35 net carbs and you’ve hit your fiber goal (maybe) so track the Metamucil as it will help bring your fiber up without bringing your carbs up, as you are right, because they cancel out!

306 and I think 208...

I have about 15-35 net carbs, I’m also 250 and compete in powerlifting and on days with anything over 90% I actually eat more carbs than that range.

Thank you and thank you!! Lol 252 😎

Biceps are a smaller muscle group so recovery won’t be that long. That being said without proper nutrition and sleep they can end up hurting for quite some time after. You ideally want to train a muscle group as soon as it’s not sore anymore and recovered. There’s something called a supercompensation model. YouTube/google…

From experience and a few of my clients. You are right with your background however there are things such as consuming too much protein at once that can kick you out. By too much I mean too much, not an extra 20g.

Been on it for just over 2 years. I do more of a cyclic keto diet now but I couldn’t imagine anything else. People say it’s not magic but if it works for you and you see results, it starts to feel like it is.

In the big picture, I feel awful when I “reward” myself. My taste buds feel great, body not so much. I usually do 1 meal every 2 weeks. Every week got to me mentally in the thought of “wow I can’t even make it a week without having a cheat meal” every 2 weeks I hit a goal but sometimes I crave the foods I already eat!

Actually too much protein on a ketogenic diet isn’t a good thing.

I can if you’d like?

A for sure
