Interesting feedback everyone! I guess there are a lot of factors! I’m AB+ blood type (which I call the selfish kind). I’ve heard they can detect CO2 and that’s how they can detect organisms with blood! I’m just enjoying the not getting bit for once.

I’m pretty young. I have a lot to experience and experiment with so for now I’ll take it easy! I’ve lowered caffeine so I don’t become depended and adjust my activity to my energy levels. I consume about 750mg caffeine/day. My energy levels are always high, especially the more weight i lose. Its easier moving and doing daily activities, 40 pounds lighter. Peanut butter is a good idea tho. I was told that my workouts would suffer from keto and fat loss but they really haven't. I don't know if I am just lucky…

I have a lot of insulation...warm is nice but it sucks too. I just drink room temp water, live in canada, and wear shorts all year long. Sometimes ill have a neck towel when i work outside.

No way, as am I!. Electronics before bed is tough to give up. If you absolutely have to then do it! I just dont have any in bed. When youre trying to sleep in the same environment you sleep, your brain can mix up both environments, making it a bit more difficult to sleep.

Best bet is to find where articles are cited from and find the original. The further long an article has been cited, the more likely its less accurate. Can't stomach it. No room in fridge to do more meal prep. Plus on IF days, it would be hard to get about 4500 cals in a day.
