Ketones plus alchocol
My poor liver. I had a few drinks last night, gin and tequila nothing else. I wanted to see how my Ketone levels would be affected so I did a before and after test. Before drinking I was at 1.5 mmol/L and in the morning I had 4.5mmol/L. Could it be that the alcohol increased liver enzyme activity also produced more ketones?

Mobility
So I was pretty cheap. Instead of buy a theragun (vibration therapy tool) I made one out of a jigsaw. I filed the blade so it wasn’t sharp, drilled a hole in a lacrosse ball and superglued/expoxy the ball to the blade. Works well but it’s a tad loud! Worth the $500 save!
