Hello everyone! I'm not new to MFP but I am new to the discussion part. I am a powerlifter who got way to fat and has had a hard time with his weight, going up and down while still trying to keep as much strength as possible. I am currently doing Inter.Fasting and the ketogenic diet or KetoGENTNICK diet. Sometimes I miss carbs but in the past 3 months ive went from 292-256 so I like that more than carbs. What else...oh I have a BSC of science specializing in Human Kinetics, canfitpro certification "woo", so I know somethings but I like to learn more!
