Yes a fat bomb gives you energy but where's that tingly feeling and beta rush that I got when I wasnt afraid to take any supplement without messing up my keto state. Although some claim to be sugar free, it doesnt guarantee your wont be kicked out of ketosis. Ive learned that certain things will kick different people out. A diet dr pepper has kicked me out however some people claim that it doesn't. Same goes for pre wokouts. Personally i find the sugar free "zero' HYDE doesn't kick me out, along with a few more. Experiment and dont get discouraged if you try one and it doesnt comply with your ketosis needs. Try again tomorrow! What works for you?

    Roll your own.

Then you know what's in it.

Bulk Beta Alanine, Citrulline, Creatine, etc are inexpensive on amazon.

Many people find using carbs around exercise feels better for their workouts. If you are working hard, a few extra carbs won't affect much - you'll burn them off fast enough. Plus the body may make a bit more glucose during exercise and that could affect your BG and ketone levels too.

If you are using urine test strips, I wouldn't worry about ketone levels around exercise. Ketones in urine are the extras that you excrete. After exercise, your body is probably still using more ketones for brain fuel since muscles are using the glycogen. I think lower levels of excreted ketones would be the norm.
