Take a look at what you're eating too. I like to snack on carrots before I go to bed but realized they were giving me crazy indigestion. Carrots... who would've thought -_- thought I was being all healthy and stuff lol

MFP let's you close as long as you're over 1000. Could be 1001 it'll still let you close but MFP will never give you a goal lower than 1200. So obviously they don't recommend you go below 1200.

I don't like wearing tank tops under shirts anymore. I used to HAVE to wear the tightest possible tank top under any shirt for me to feel comfortable leaving the house. Now, the top shirt clings to the tank top and it just looks odd.

I use the web page and not the app but you can turn off "negative adjustments". If you're set to sedentary you shouldn't even have this checked. You can do whatever you want. You should buy a food scale tho and track your calories because that's what it boils down to.

You can eat anything you want any time you want as long as you stick to your 1770 calories.

Track your calories. You could easily be eating more than you need. You could be subconsciously eating more between 11am-7pm because you've told yourself you can't eat anything outside of that time.
