Hi everyone...I 've started my journey too jus a couple of days back...my goal is to be from obese to healthy I need to lose more than 100pounds..I got motivated by watching utube success stories.. I've cut my calories but can't workout much..jus 15 mins..and all at home I won't be able to go to any gym.

Thanks for that tip I've stopped eating fried stuff and reduced chappati to 1.. now the regular food which is really oily*sigh*..I need to work on it.

Yes we eat roti or chappati every day with every meal..nowadays its Ramadan and in iftaar has all fried items like friend potato pakoray. U r right food is food and ingredients are ingredients..it's just the way up use them and v do all possible unhealthy ways. :)
