Finding exercises . . .

I've only been here three days. I recorded three exercises I do regularly, but have no idea how to input them into my daily routine. Where do I locate the exercises I created?

You've added your own or do you just want your regularly used ones?

If you've added your own, when you go to add exercise in diary or use the + from the homepage at the top you will have "Most Used"/ "My Exercises"/ "Browse All" your own will be under My Exercises. This is in the app version.

In the web version click Exercise and then you will also find My Exercises.

Do you mean how do you fit the exercises into your life?

Not to belabor the point but, Tinkerbellang, I followed your instructions for the Web Version. "In the web version click Exercise and then you will also find My Exercises." My Exercises provided nothing. I searched for yoga. It provided nothing. I tried to add yoga with the proper amount of minutes and calories and it said it was already in the database but didn't show on the screen or record to my daily record??? Any more suggestions? What you posted is how I perceived the process, but it isn't working . . .

(And thank you for the two other responses, but I was speaking specifically about posting an exercise in my daily ?stuff. Thank you for contributing.)

@missnomertoo if there is nothing in My Exercises then you haven't added anything manually (your question wasn't very clear) - to add a yoga session from web version:

Footnote: Please bear in mind that My Fitness Pal calorie burns are an estimate only and can be inaccurate - it's best to start out eating only 50% of the calories earned back and review your weight loss rate after a month

If the exercise isn't adding, there might be an issue with your account - log a fault in Help at the top of the web version next to your username.
