There are three stages to a run: 1. I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS; 2. This isn't so bad: 3. Glad I got this run in. Or, to quote Mary Poppins; "Well begun is half done". :) Sometimes you just have to get out and get started. No one ever regretted getting a workout/run in.[/quote] Too true!

this may be irrelevant but just incase....i put on about 2lb (water weight) when i am ovulating and weigh again a few days later and the weight disappears. some also put on before/during time of the month. so i avoid weighing myself when im ovulating and also during time of the month. how accurately are you counting…

i have the garmin vivosmart hr+ and i would totally recommend it. the outdoor gps is so quick and good. tracks my walks and runs really well. uses hr to calculate calories burnt which i love and syncs really well with mfp :-)

i personally try not to eat the calories back that iv burnt. i try to stick to my calories allowed on a lightly active day. That said...it would depend on how many calories i have burnt with the exercise. if its more more than 200 then i will allow myself an extra snack on something that is less than 200 cals. obviously i…

i use my garmin watch for steps. i aim for 10,000 and i reach it most days but not without making an effort! it takes more effort than you would think if you have never counted steps before!

I read through thousands of reviews to find the fitness tracker best suited for me. it would seem no matter which one you choose they have their faults so i ended up writing a pros and cons list and went with the one that had the least cons or the least important cons. i have the garmin vivosmart hr+ it has built in gps…

yeh i can go swimming with this one! To be fair the sleep tracker worked great the 1st 2 days i had it when i was off work. i work night shifts occasionally and it didnt seem to pick up the fact i was asleep in the day time. think it only logs your sleep during the hours you set for your normal bed time and wake time. but…

I did a lot of research on fitness watches last week before getting the garmin vivosmart hr+ it had the least cons and now that i have it i love it. its as accurate as they can get! only let down is sleep tracking id say but thats not important to me. it pairs with my fitness pal and helps to track calorie intake/output.…
