I work 12 hr nights as well, and I meal prep for those nights so I don't overeat. I even have a small container for my coffee creamer (enough for 2 cups of coffee). I factor in something also to eat on my drive home so I can just shower and go to sleep. So far.. it helps a lot.

I agree with mskimee. You can't really log your food accurately unless you weigh your food. Then when understand the right portions, you can adjust your intake to balance everything out
