Fruit and nuts are always great snacks.

Do you need things you can eat on the move, or can you sit for a few minutes?1

I work 12's. I keep apples, peanut butter and turkey slices in hand at all times!! Quick snack/light meal: green leaf lettuce, slap a little hummus or mustard on there, couple slices of turkey, shredded carrots (sometimes I add a little sharp cheddar) and roll it up like a wrap. Quick, no prep, and yum!1

Bananas, yogurt if you can keep it cold, peanut butter and crackers prepackaged..1

I work 12 hr nights as well, and I meal prep for those nights so I don't overeat. I even have a small container for my coffee creamer (enough for 2 cups of coffee). I factor in something also to eat on my drive home so I can just shower and go to sleep. So far.. it helps a lot.1
