When my children were a similar age and I found it difficult to go to the gym . I would exercise whilst playing with them....press them above my head or fling them up in the air. They love it and you get to train shoulders and core. .then let them sit on your back for pressups. ...crawl and chase them and you can do squats…

I do .... love the gym and anything fitness related but struggle with the diet and have a tendency to binge on sweets and other delicious things.....sadly I have never met a calorie I didn't like

Every time you complete the five reps you progress to the next lifting weight.if you can't manage the five sets and five reps stay at that weight until you can. Or you Drop the weight a little

I try to hit the gym on my lunch hour three times a week. And jog with the dog on an evening or weekend . Burpees on a morning or before bed....this way I don't get the guilt feeling off my little ones trying to gym it on a night. I go boxing twice during the week and take one of my kids which is great
