MFP was a tool that helped me lose weight back in 2012-2013. I lost my password & email lol so I had to create a new account.
I am trying to be consistent, the good thing is I know what worked for me. It's just now it's a bit challenging trying to take care of my daughter, plus doing chores, working full-time, cooking etc. & exercising!!!!! So tired.... Add me if you'd like. I need to lose about 40 lbs.

When my children were a similar age and I found it difficult to go to the gym . I would exercise whilst playing with them....press them above my head or fling them up in the air. They love it and you get to train shoulders and core. .then let them sit on your back for pressups. ...crawl and chase them and you can do squats whist carrying them....0
