This one is my favorite (might be the booze) coconut cream is key in my opinion, along with the xanthum gum as the texture comes out great. (Again, it may have been the booze, so if it doesn't turn out for you, add more) :D https://www.gnom-gnom.com/keto-vanilla-ice-cream/

This is really great. Thanks! I am 112 calories off between my Fitbit and average, and 118 off a TDEE calculator. Not bad considering ~100 calories could be due to inaccurate logging or fluctuations in my scale!!

I think it's a great idea. It works without the coconut butter as well (that's they way I have always done it for Paleo plans). No criticisms from me....how can you when it's chocolate!

Boiled vegetables = me throwing up in my mouth a bit (sorry for the graphic but bluckkk.) No wonder you don't like them. Use all the advice everyone above has suggested.

Fax machines and office phones. If I didn't have an admin assistant I would be useless.

All restaurant dishes, especially the salads. Who knew that you can pack 2500 calories into a salad? No wonder people trying to lose weight that don't count calories can't (when they think they are eating healthy).

Expect to be asked a ton of questions...and expect to be uncomfortable answering them truthfully. Try though, even though it may be anxiety provoking. Let them into your head a little, and don't feel 'bad' or 'guilty' about anything that you answer. Try to focus yourself into a mindset that you are probably not used to…

I concur with everyone...the instant pot has changed my life!! I make pretty much everything from scratch now (yogurt, beans, cone broth, etc.) and end up cooking healthier overall because I know what is going in my food. I must use it 4-5 times a week easily, and it's summer time!

If you have an Asian store near you (think HMart) the veggies and fruit are much cheaper than regular groceries and usually of better quality.

I work full time and barely have time to breath during the week after getting home, going to the gym, walking the dog, showering and catching up on whatever needs to be caught up on . I have found that if I prep all my food on the weekend I do better during the week. I use my instant pot. I usually make a whole chicken…

I am on levo as well for hypo. I also noticed that all the hormonal problems/changes due to mid life I think were contributing to my overall anxiety and rumination. I couldn't sleep to save my life, and when I did, I woke up in panic and sweat! Yuck. After rounds of testing, all my doctors concluded that I was going…

My form and body functioning. When working out, it is the only time I can 'shut down' from the real world around me. When running, I try to focus on the beat of the music and the form and rhythm of my body. When walking, simply the base in the music. When lifting, my breathing and my form. I have too much in my head all…

I pan sear salmon in mine with no issues at all. The fish gets nice and crispy as it should at medium heat, but make sure the pan is hot before you put the fish in (usually get better results). Test the water!!

I find that just a tad of something is best (i.e., spray, 1/4-1/2 tsp). Biggest thing for me to get used to was not going past medium heat as this is harmful to the pans and to use silicone utensils as @acpgee says (spatulas, whisks, etc). And priming them before using them is important to the duration of their…

Cabbage (green/napa); bok choy; daikon. I started experimenting with lots of asian foods and now don't know how I would live without some of these things!

Nope. I walk everywhere. Still log though.

Very carefully. I'm clutzy.

Greek yogurt (plain) like many above.

I would have loved it more if the girls were lifting weights or doing HIIT instead of touching their shoulders!! Wonder what they would have thought about our modern day workouts!! Also, that 'figure chart' was spectacular!!

I started walking 3-5 miles a day on top of my daily activity steps when I started tracking and being honest about my calorie intake about a year ago. About 4 months ago I started to alternate between jogging and walking (still am not a fan of running although I try to keep my heart rate up), for 3-5 miles a day. I have my…

Thanks everyone. I was hoping it was just me.....seem to have a lot of technical errors on MFP lately. Till we meet again over the next technical error thread....have a great day!
