I tried cottage cheese and it was an epic failure. I tried it with rennet and a mesophilic culture and I ended up with nothing close to cottage cheese.... I haven't tried just vinegar though. After my first failure I gave up and started buying it:)

I am getting steps, but the exercise burnt is ADDING to my totals. For example, let's assume I ate 1200 calories, and burned 400. My calorie totals are 1200 + 400 = 1600. This puts me in the red even though I am technically under (1200 - 400) = 800. Strange, never had this happen before with fitbit.

Day 1 restart and I didn't die! It's amazing how unwanted sugars (in the form of carbs like bread for me) spiral me into a death drop! I prepped today and it just made me realize how little time I have been spending on eating whole, real, food. Always a challenge.

I'm rebooting. I fell way off track and I can feel it. I am going to try to be more active here as I have to maintain!! My major roadblock has been prep. i was devoting each Sunday to prep and that faded once summer started (between work and travel). I now know that if I don't prep, I eat horribly!!
