  • I got mine from Harris Scarfe. They seem to always have a sale on bathroom scales. I bought the weightwatchers ones that do BF%. I only really use it for weight though. As long are you use the same scales when you do your weigh ins it shouldn't really matter what ones you get.
  • I found soda/mineral/sparkling (whatever you call it) water with a squeeze of lemon juice helped a lot when I had cravings for Coke.

  • Well... 3 weeks ago my wife went out with her friends on a Saturday night. As soon as she walked out the door I was on the internet... I ordered 2 pizzas (one with cheesy crust) Wings Choc lava cake Brownies And a Diet Coke since I didn't want to get fat :smiley: Almost finished it all.

  • Started watching Iron Fist. I've been putting it off since I thought it would be boring but since it's connected The Defenders I gave it a go. Pretty good!
  • I'd say yes and no. Most people don't work hard enough to over train. Most people who do get "over trained" are usually just training wrong. I do believe that you can't lift heavy week in week out. E.g. Low rep high weight. You'll fry your central nervous system.
  • At the end of the day it is what works for your lifestyle. For me I enjoy spreading out the meals throughout the day. It shouldn't matter how many meals you spread it over as long at you hit your calorie or macro goals by the end of the day.
  • Sometimes it's fun to exercise control and discipline. I've found saving my cheat meals for times I am stuck eating bad works for me.
  • Just aim for whatever is closest to a protein with vegetables. Also remember you can ask for certain things such as no cream sauce on your chicken or hold the rice. Protein bars can be your friend in between meals but just make sure they're not full of sugar. Go Quest bar and play it safe. If you can, take prepped meals…
  • Cheat meal and not cheat days for me. Not a fan of cheat days since it really does make me feel bad physically and mentally the next day. Have a cheat meal once a week and move on and look forward to the next ;)
