Hey everyone, like @gillykh I'm new to this, but I so love the sound of it! For me, journalling and meditation are hugely effective self care practices that have a habit of falling by the wayside, looking forward to joining you in a recommitment to these daily rituals and thanks for starting this thread!

I hear you on the yoyo front, I don't have masses to lose but got down to my target weight in 2015 and am now a stone heavier again so am trying MFP to see if it helps me with consistency.
