@AustinRuadhain It depends on the week but it could be a lot of cardio/endurance one day and the next could be heavy lifting. Could be a mixture of both. I think it's more of circuit training style. One day it was like 40 minutes of burpee variations. I've never wanted to walk out of a workout more in my life.
