I LOVE BEER AND WINE!! Honestly I would prob lose all the weight I want to lose if I gave it up, I just have a hard time giving it up! I've been trying to drink probiotics and seltzer water instead but it only goes so far...

I like boiled eggs cause they keep you full, also tuna. I like it plain but you can add plain Greek yogurt and dill to it or whatever herb you want and it's delic! High in protein and keeps you full.
