yep, it does help if you see the figures. I used to do it based on my phone's step counter and Google Fit, then again I tend to leave my phone on kitchen table or so when I am home, so quite some gaps. Thought of fitbit, because so popular, but went for garmin Vivosmart HR+ after reading quite some complaints on fitbits…

the person who invented combining mint and chocolate, should be dug up, executed and buried again. I don't dislike either but the combo is just so awful. you can combine chocolate with lots of things, including chili, but mint has to go stay far away from it :p (jmho)

Wine used for cooking is typically very inexpensive, go to a place that has a broad range and you should find a cheap option. For fish you probably will want to go for a "dry" white wine.

Theoretically you don't need the oil, but it does add to the flavour. If I make papillotes (alufoil pouches) I usually use a bit of white wine, onion , lemon/lime juice and some zeste +herbs for fish or stock for poultry. Just adjust the seasoning if you dont use oil or downsize (drizzle a bit with thumb on the bottle).…

Are you logging to the crumb? Also if you like a drink, try to figure out how much they contain. I'd die before denying myself a drink but I do log them and know exactly the caloric value. And be precisen, the caloric range of for example beers is broad. I now drink more wine because it is typically less calories.…
