I agree with some of the others. I wouldn't use just one exercise that much. You need balance with multiple abdominal exercises.

I haven't run a race in a long time but I've been tempted to train for the Marine Corp Half Marathon in Fredericksburg, Virginia. I have a running buddy that runs many races a year and he loves that race.

I ran 5 miles at 7 mph pace. Y'all make look like a bum😐 but it's cool to see all the workouts.

I'm on a similar track. I lost 35 or so pounds back in 2013 but put most of the weight back on. I'm currently getting back into tracking calories and exercising. It's all in how much you want it and I'll where I can. Good Luck!

I use to drink about 5 a day. I've slowly cut it back to 1 a day to 1 every other day. I don't like diet. I like them too much to stop cold turkey.

10 hours a day 7am to 5 pm and typically eat snacks through out the day because I don't take lunch. When I first started a desk job the back of legs hurt from sitting so much. I use to do 25 push-ups 5x a day. I need to get back on that. I like all these ideas.

Ive never been diagnosed with it but I struggle to stay focused. I was reading up on it there are different things you can take but the combinations are different for everyone. I'd be interested in what others are doing.

I'm no master of pickel ball but it is a great way to get moving and stay active. My neighbors play a lot of pickle ball and gete to come over and play.
