LOL yes! I feel most of what I eat fills me up. I do work out as well. On days I am hungrier I eat more, but most days I have been feeling unhungry but my appetite diminishes in the summer for some weird reason!

I do keto and lost 15 lbs the first month - I haven't weighed myself yet this week but I continue to lose. I love it. I am doing LOW carb - not "no carb" - so I try and keep it under 30 grams a day and so far I am happy with the results. Feel free to follow me if you want.

Make one small change and stick with it. Don't try and change everything at once. Stop buying chips but continue to bake. Or - go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes. Look into keto recipes and the keto diet even if you aren't planning on going into it 100%. This is what I did and I found it very helpful! I am a sugar and carb addict and have it under control now and I lost 15 lbs so far! Highly recommend it!

I live on a beach and now that the weather is nice I try to catch the sunset every night when my son doesn't have a baseball game. I bring my dog so he can run on the beach and then we take a long evening walk together!
