Hey! I spend a lot of time outdoors- I live in a beach community so I try and catch all of my runs there, catch sunrises and sunsets, and then I practice yoga. All of this has contributed to my well being immensely!

Pregnant women need an additional 300 calories a day. That is it. You don't eat what you want unless you want to lose even more weight when the baby will only be about 7 pounds!

Beyond meat products: Better burger, better chicken - all high protein and not soy - made from pea protein powder. Low carb as well!

I just read an article that weight loss has nothing to do with recent behavior but is actually a result of previous weeks that eventually catch up. The day to day has no bearing on your weight loss or gain. It changed my whole perspective on scale fluctuation.

I have realized that when something tastes good, a few bites tastes just as good as a few plates of it. Savor the food you eat, but eat smaller portions. Food doesn't taste better when you eat an excess of it.
