If you are on a low carb, fruit can sabatoge you quickly. Bananas, about 4 inches long are 29 carbs. The doctor has me on 150 carbs a day. so 50 carbs per meal. That banana is half a meal for me. In comparison, spinach is 4 carbs. Fruits are so much easier to eat. Generally no cooking needed.

That's me too. So I started buying Breyers, Ben and Jerry's or Haagen Daaz mini cups. They are 3.5 -4 oz. Nutrition information on the carton. It also keeps me from eating the whole pint.

If it is kidney stones - water water water. My cousin had them alot, said just drank water until she passed them. It was a waste of time to go the hospital because she did the same thing there.

I have thought about taking a class. I have noticed that the lunch time classes at my work gym are 100% female except the instructor. The class are open to everyone, but only women take the classes.

I am doing my first day over, I can't quite make it yet. At the 5 th run I can't make the full time. Also bringing my dog along, sometimes she wants to stop and sniff everything so that slows me down too. But my eventual goal is to run the Gasparilla 5k in February.

I think if you are cooking more of your food, that is terrific. You know what is in your food and better portion control.

I usually cook one night a week and will cook 2-3 entrees. Each entree is then divided into 4 meals, so I have 8-12 meals throughout the week that I can heat up at work or home. Everytime I go to the gym, I weigh myself. might be several times a week. I use fitnotes app to track it, along with my work out. I don't worry about day to day fluctuations, because I could have had a big breakfast. The app records and graphs it. I love to see the monthly weight loss from the graph.

I gave away perfectly Orange Juice because 8 ozs is half my carbs for a meal.
