I'm dying to look more feminine again. It's been ages. Must not wear gym clothes at college lol. Uniform at work so at least I can't wear sports clothes at work lol

I've lost few pounds but only because I've exercised more because energy levels increased. As I still eat fish I'll reintroduce white fish in diet rather than only eating oily fish

Love your honesty. Nothing wrong with wanting to look your finest. Everyone likes to look their best. I think that the good feeings that come with it can be as addictive as the feelings from exercise itself

Yeah moderation for me too. I will definitely focus on plant base. Bit like a tree. The trunk is the plants, the branches are eggs etc and the leaves are treats in moderation :) Hi I'm not too sure. Maybe count calories

Thank you. My skins clearer and ibs reduced. I've reduced eggs and fish and removed dairy. I will definitely treat myself just in moderation. Feeling confident this is positive step forward

Definitely step in right direction . My breakfast/postworkout has come to nearly 500 so least now I know that it's best to avoid snacking and just keep cals for some nice meals today
