Yeah moderation for me too. I will definitely focus on plant base. Bit like a tree. The trunk is the plants, the branches are eggs etc and the leaves are treats in moderation :) Hi I'm not too sure. Maybe count calories

Thank you. My skins clearer and ibs reduced. I've reduced eggs and fish and removed dairy. I will definitely treat myself just in moderation. Feeling confident this is positive step forward

Definitely step in right direction . My breakfast/postworkout has come to nearly 500 so least now I know that it's best to avoid snacking and just keep cals for some nice meals today

Same happened yesterday after boiled eggs. My stomach doesn't like them

Thank you. I've had veg, fruit, nuts seeds beans all day and have been fine. Had egg in my last dish and the wind has started, thankfully I'm on my own tonight lol. Think me and eggs are over

No I haven't counted them today but I am tomorrow. Need to start so I reap rewards of my exercise. I don't think I've gone over today as had less than I usually do. I've recently been really greedy snacker lol

Cool. I'll try the grain again in future when my tummy health is better. For now I'll stick with to brown rice pasta for pasta meals

Thank you. I might invest in some pea protein which means I can include that along with hemp seeds & spirulina etc. I'm aiming to cut back on eggs and I'm cutting dairy out as it doesn't agree.

Ibs sucks. I never snacked all day then decide to eat boiled eggs at that time. Night times weird for me with regards to snacking. Tonight I'm not. Have a good kip tonight and I hope your ibs calms down

Hope you sleep better tonight. It isn't ideal not getting good sleep. I had/have some mild ibs symptoms too. Think I've found one of the culprits for my tummy problems. Eggs. I was fine until I had them

Yeah finding balance. If I ate out I'd probably treat myself but because I'm more sensitive to certain foods I'd be mindful of that as I'm sick of suffering because of food. Yes definitely looking forward to day 3. I hope you enjoy your meal tonight :)
