I do IF 18:6 window along with Keto. It has really helped me having a regimen to stick to and I like having big meals twice a day rather than 3 medium meals. What works for me won't work for everyone but I'm down 60lbs and only 4lbs to go till my target weight.

I'm in Abu Dhabi right now. It's over 60 Deg C over here, or 140 Deg F. Not the best heat to be working in.

Yup, defo need to add salt. Also potassium and Magnesium if you're not getting enough from your food.

Don't cheat for at least 3 weeks and don't cheat at all if you're lacking willpower. If you don't think you can stick to it don't start. Coconut oil is good to get your calories up. Butter makes everything taste better. After a few days the craving will disappear. Use fattier cuts of meat

I've lost 42 lbs in the last 3 months so almost the same. Started at 242 lbs and now at 200, probably way too fast but I still feel great.

First post on MFP but just wanted to weigh in. I Follow Keto and IF fairly strictly to under 20g carbs a day and less than 1500 cals.
