I'm vegan and watched the documentary and found it interesting. One thing for sure is no one should push onto others what to eat for our health belongs to us to each decide. So why watch a documentary about vegan if your not vegan? Just a thought....

Im doing really great! I feel great too! Pain is down, weight dropped 8.7 lbs so far. I feel full and so many plant based items to chose to make fantastic food. My food cravings went down to zero. Never give up.....people do not know you personally in this forum! Keep trying and do your best. Just a suggestion.....try just eating potatoes for 1 month, they contain all 9 amino acids and protein. See how you feel. :)

Please take a look at plant based diet, I have Fibromyalgia and doing plant based diet has help with the pain and Im losing weight too. I feel better. That means no meat, dairy or cheese, just whole foods, you will feel like a new person.

Just get my protein from plants base foods. All plants has proteins including grains. This is how all the animals on our planet survive. If they don't get protein they die.

Also at this time I'm eating 1700 calories a day. But as I lose weight my calorie intake will decrease.

I make my own homemade protein bars. Very filling and healthy. There are recipes on Pinterest that are great to use. Brown rice from trader joes in frozen section is great too. Microwave 3 min and done. Add veggies.
