I am 5'10" my calories are set at 1860 to lose 2 lbs a week. I am losing roughly 2 lbs a week like I should. I am set at sedentary but I am trying to walk more skni might have to change my activity level soon. I think your calories are set correctly. I weight everything I eat to be as accurate as possible.

I haven't had that problem with rides because I haven't been on any. But the last time I went on a plane I barely fit in the seat and it was so uncomfortable and I've gained weight since. I won't go on a plans again till I lose 50 lbs. so embarrassing!!

I am eating enough calories to feel full. I just mean that if I go over 100 calories one day the deficit in big enough that it really won't matter. And I should stop beating myself up about something that is such a small impact and learn from my mistakes

For everyone that had helpful positive things to say, thank you. I am at a huge deficit as it is and I need to remember that. It will take me time to get the weight off and I will learn what's best for me as I go.

I know a hundred calories isn't a big deal. It's more about the huge amount of guilt and how upset I get at myself when I have a slightly off day. I am trying to learn how to not be so hard on myself. And I have so much fear I will fail because I need to change so badly.

My nutritionist put me on 1800 to 2000 calories a day. I am generally around 1900. I am not getting a lot of physical activity because of an injury so I am not burning extra calories.
