Have a fitbit which is set to 10,000 by default, a day in work I can hit that without doing anything else so turned it up to 15,000. Again a day at work I can just about hit that but 30mins on the treadmill after work makes sure I'm way over more often than not. Trying to hit it on a rainy day off work is much harder…

Thanks for the information. It sounds like I'm heading in the right direction. I'll stick to my 10 stone target but will slow things down and once inside BMI range I'll keep a close eye on how I look to make sure I don't go to far the other way.

We have cake Friday at my work which was a nightmare at first, but I just stuck to my guns and after a few weeks of declining it they started buying a bit of fruit for me, now about quarter of us have fruit instead of cake.

I have 4 right now, 2 tubs of Chocolate, 1 Vanilla which I use to make smoothies for lunch sometimes, 1 Strawberry and 1 Banana both I've not tried yet as I grabbed them on a half price sale. The best thing I've tried is mixing the chocolate with a banana, almond milk and a little bit of peanut butter.
