No kidding. What hairdresser does their own hair? As long as the person shows they are knowledgeable, an expert in their field. Even pro athletes have trainers. You think Brady's throwing coach is a better QB? Or Harper's batting coach a better hitter?

Whats your budget? You can get a Rogue for only $500, Reebok type for around $175, or a Golds Gym for as low as $40. I'm just guessing on the prices but they are probably close. Another thing to look for may be a spot step. Adidas has some cheaper setups that include the leg extensions as well for low price.

I would think you'd have more problem sleeping from the late workout than from the shake. For myself, working out late keeps me awake.

My family owns a homebrew supply shop and beer is a part of everyday life. I should probably look into the caloric intake of homebrew varieties more. For now, its typical to just log them in as a comparable off the shelf brand.
