You get what you pay for. IF someone doesnt like the seats the can always choose to upgrade them or travel another way. Too many people forget a business is in business to make money Not to please you. Pleasing customers is only done as a means to profit. If most people are dealing with the seats. then airlines wont care.…

I just round way up. I can see both sides of the debate, but really I feel that if an extra 20 calories throws off your entire day then wow, you are hard-core as far as I'm concerned. Shouldn't matter because I know there is no way anyone is completely accurate in their calories out.

I love the Bose wireless but they will exceed your target $$

Since I got fat Ive just recently did my first at 250. at 245 I did 2.

Squats are great with just body weight. I've been working on a 100 squat program and so far at 68 in a row. I feel like I could do the 100 now but taking it slow and gradually increasing the reps. I feel a burn.

Do you think it would be obnoxious to show off your new Ferrari? and post pictures every time you wash it on a sunny afternoon? Doing the same with a sporty body will get the same reactions from the same people. ENVY.

I struggle to find time just to get in some exercise. The 5 hour plus times you warriors are doing is impressive.

Im not listening to music right now. I am however going insane while the woman visiting my office is chewing her gum like a cow.

If holding down a regular job and staying in beautiful condition was easy then we would all look like movie stars (who literally get paid to look good.) If anyone wants to support me and my family I promise I will work out more and eat better!!! I'll even post selfies daily for your enjoyment!

I agree. So much out there. Simple rule that finally started working for me is to just keep up a calorie deficit. Exercise makes that easier. I stopped over thinking all the "diets" and things started to work out in m favor.

Congrats. But can you eat just one chip?

Ive been wooed so much I thought I was going to get proposals on here :)

It is common for heart rate to go higher during weight lifting because many people do not utilize the same proper breathing techniques used during typical cardio. Or they go too hard too fast. Kind of like starting a marathon tat full speed. Of course when maxing out the above isnt the case at all.

Drs prescribe 5000 all the time in the NE. We dont get much sunlight for 9 months of the year.

Always show sympathy and compassion. Sounds like that is what you are doing already. Keep up the good work, you are obviously a great friend.

Take in morning.

Not sure why you are tired, but for me, the bigger my breakfast the more blah I feel. Like today, I had a 3 egg wrap with boiled chicken and hot sauce. I could go back to bed already. On days when I only have a shake or some fruit, or skip breakfast altogether I dont get tired. Ha...typing it out kind of makes the answer…

At my work I dont think I've ever seen any of the fit people, or really anyone who isnt already overweight and more often than not obese, bring in the "treats" everyday. That is my first clue to show restraint...

Lots of opinions here. I'll add mine. Exercise should not be stopped. If you want to cut the gym, focus on body weight conditioning. Squats, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups if you can, lunges and such.

This here...a staple in my household.

?? What recipes??

This is your challenge ? lol May be in the wrong spot my friend. In any case, create login credentials for her/ with her, and then use as normal. This is even easier if she stays logged in on her own profile on the computer.

Everyone saying the body processes all sugar the same is misinformed. For example, fructose, unlike glucose, does not cause insulin to be released or stimulate leptin production.
-
Sugars taste the same but the body processes them differently.
-
Pretty sure yoga shorts were created for just that exact reason...
-
Glucose, fructose, and sucrose are different.

Cabbage is for bunnies

I used to prefer cold, but as I drink more water and my kids get older (lazier) I find my refrigerator void of cold water most times. Room temp doesn't bother me much. Cold water is def better for working out though as it more quickly regulates core temp.

put the damn fork down.
