My cheat days are usually only 300 extra calories. (Almost every day of the week, I'm under daily goal by around 200 and I'm on track for losing 1.5lbs per week, so I don't mind if it's just 1lb per week) and I usually have these "cheat days" once per week. Definitely. I fluctuate 3 or more lbs every time. It's also why I never weigh myself when it's that time of the month.

Short term goal: 1. Engagement Pictures in 2 weeks. I really wanted to get down to 125 (but it's looking more like 128) Longer Goal: 2. Wedding, August 2018, hoping to get down to 120 (definitely should hit this goal if I just stick with it!)

100% Ancient Grains. I buy fresh loaves at the local grocery store, zero preservatives. Usually with Peanut Butter or dipped in olive oil and herbs. Great snack!

I second a post above, Highly recommend a crockpot! You can make anything as difficult or as easy as you'd like it to be, or as little/more prep time as you want. Fill it up before you leave and come back to a house smelling wonderful! You can also cook in bulk this way so you will have leftovers for days or freeze some…
