This. I also have made friends..which is nice...we definitely stick to our own stuff..but it's nice to see a familiar face and motivate others.

Coffee...Also, I have a Trader Joe's near me and they have these "espresso pillows"..which are toffeed expresso bits covered in dark chocolate..I eat some of those and am good to go.

I lost 60...and I still push myself daily challenging myself through progressive overload..so mine has always been.."I didn't come this far to only come this far."

As everyone else said...I personally split and have found better results this way. I train legs twice a week but everything else once. Two days of rest a week.
