  • I completely agree. After my first cheat meal I was hesitant, looking at the scale the next morning. After my second I was committed to maintaining the 'mental fortitude', so to speak.
  • From how it sounds, I did near the same diet. I (6'4" Male) started at 310lbs & average daily calories around 3500. I cut first to 3000 for 1 week, then went balls-to-the-wall and dropped it to 2000 for 1 week, and finally 1100 for 3.5 months. If you don't want to lose lean body mass, make sure to keep your strength…
  • Yes. I lost 90lbs in 4 months by creating a huge caloric deficit and exercising vigorously.
  • Favorite high calorie snack? Oats. I could binge eat oats all day long lol. As for cheat meals - love me some Taco Bell, but since my clean eating, Taco Bell doesn't like me.
  • I recently got off the keto diet after hitting a strong plateau. It dropped my weight 90lbs over 4mo, but was a ***** to keep up. Because of my size I allowed myself 28g of carb, but that was pushing it. I wouldn't go higher than 22-25g
