Ever heard of The Habit? Check out their nutrtional facts.....

I do, but don't track it. The measurement has no real emperical value, but I do it out of curiosity.

The friend that introduced me to MFP would make a 'salad' for dinner every night. He would weigh out a bowl of lettuce, then pour dressing on a plate a weigh it. He would dip each leaf into the dressing individually, for "maximum control". I have to say, it was pretty funny to watch.

Same situation here - literally, did the exact same thing, and changed based on a dizziness and pervasive hunger. I went from my 1100 ultra-cut straight to 2000, which is my maintenance. Now at 1600 cut, but without the hunger and vertigo.

I am nearly in the same spot.....I gusstimate my BF% to be around 18-15%. I am cutting, at around 1600 cal. I am 6'4" 213lb. Our exercise is nearly the same, although I run more and lift less (unfortunetly

Funny enough, I LOVE protein powder. I could eat it all day long; they only reason I don't is that I know it is an inferior protein source. That being said, trying to hit 200g protein per day isn't that easy... When I really need to cram protein in, I'll throw 1 scoop 365-brand chocolate powder in with 2 scoops of Vega…

Some easy food I made recently.....

Beef jerky. I am probably 90% beef jerky at this point.....

The best way to learn is by doing. You do not need to marinade, pressure cook, boil, etc. Any heat source can cook chicken. Pick the one with the best flavor for you, and work with learning how to use it. I have a friend that would oven roast at 200*F to just barely done, and then sear over the open flame of a gas grill.…

Fat isn't that bad....I generally eat chicken with a few strips of bacon, so the chicken is fried in the bacon fat. Grilling is a great option. So is poaching, but I can't stand the taste. Sous vide & a quick sear with a blow torch? Baked with onion, garlic, & lemon? Slow cooker with chipotle & a Mexican spice rub? Reverse…

I dry rub with chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, & pepper

Mine is open to everyone, look away. If you want to know how I prepare anything, shoot me a PM

I love 365 (Whole Foods) Chocolate Whey. Just add crushed ice and cold water.......blend with an immersion blade, and consume. Tastes like a milkshake to me
-
My own....#mealpreplife Although, it is a bit hypocritical of me to say that as I tried meal prep for a week and hated the taste of frozen food so much that I just went back to preparing from fresh.

Over everything - macros, vitamins, fancy suppliments, fad diets, exercise routines - the only thing that matters is creating a caloric deficit. The larger the deficit, the more weight loss that will occur.

Some of my better cooking....

The question is not "Can it be done?" - yes, it can just as myself and other users here have done. The question is "Why?". So OP, before embarking on a diet that will test your mental strength and limits of your health - why not do something easier?

The biggest contributor to weight loss is food consumption. Track what you eat using MyFitnessPal & a food scale for 3 days. Average the calories, and reduce that number by a number of your choosing 100-300 is a good place to start. Eat no more than that number or calories. You will lose weight.

Congrats! Glad to see the gym love spreading

I was 310lbs (22.14 stone). Once I got to around 224lbs (16 stone), I found my ketone levels dropping, so I reduced carbs and they returned to the optimal zone. I made my previous post off the assumption that, since females generally carry more natural fat than males, it will harder for you enter ketosis with that many…

Good luck, enjoy the trip! I'm just moving off keto, and it worked great for me.

Taco Bell! Or a nice, decadent, homemade dessert.

I have a 6 month bootcamp-esque job that I have to do, which I would fail out of at my old weight.

I lost ~2lb per day @ 1100 cal. Don't do it unless you absolutely have to. (I am also young and with a fast metabolism)

I love it.....not so long ago, when I had a class schedule consisting of only Tu/Thrs classes, I would often find myself in the gym from 5AM - 8AM, then to my 1st martial arts class....then to my second.....then back in the gym for a midday workout followed by homework and more gym at night. Basically, I would live at the…

I needed to drop weight rapidly.

My diary is open, and if you scroll back a few weeks, you will see several months of 1100 cal days. (EDIT: At least I think it is, I have no idea how to tell if it is or is not. If you can't see it, I'll muck around in settings)

I use it because I want to customize my macros per day, as I switch to bulking. That's the only reason I bought the premium.

Whenever I have to have bread, I'll make myself a baguette
