Flatout wraps are yummy and only 15 carbs, and 9g protein. Throw in some grilled chicken, romaine, parm ch, and casear dressing and you have a guilt free lunch that's filling and delicious. I also use the wraps to make pizza on the grill. It's a versatile apparatus.

I think body spray is ok. Not like all out perfume/cologne. Like, it's not a night club but this isn't a deli either. I don't want to smell hot italian hoagie while I'm running. Just saying.

When i was hardcore lifting, i would have 1 cheat day a week and it literally was 1 cheat meal. It's something indulgent no doubt but just be mindful to not be gluttonous - portion sizes still matter in a cheat meal.
