Flatout wraps are yummy and only 15 carbs, and 9g protein. Throw in some grilled chicken, romaine, parm ch, and casear dressing and you have a guilt free lunch that's filling and delicious. I also use the wraps to make pizza on the grill. It's a versatile apparatus.3
