2 hard boiled eggs and a quarter cup of ricotta cheese. Sometimes I add a slice or two or tomato or avocado. Fills me up.

You legit get scared to use the terms "bad" or "cheat" to describe foods that are high fat, high sugar or high calorie for fear of the wrath of the "there's no such thing as bad food as long as you dont go over your calories" believers. ;)

What is your theory because I sort of don't understand what you are asking... maybe if I see your logic, I might :) I'm always more curious about people who seem to eat and eat (and not just healthy foods) and never get fat!

I'm doing 1200 a day and mostly I've been at or under that. Mostly my trick is to keep my calories relatively low through the day and enjoy a higher cal dinner. So breakfast is usually two eggs and some tomatoe or an apple, lunch is typically veggies (veggies fill you right up and are generally low in calories). I try to…
