What is your personal motivation? For me is reaching the weight I was about 9 years ago? I felt so good wearing my jeans low and comfy.

Slow Down..
At what point in your weight loss did the losses start slowing down? SW and Slow Down Weight appreciated. I'm still much too overweight to be slowing down to a pound a week on less than 1200 cals a day.. I think anyway.

What is a really good but reasonably priced fitness tracker? I've seen a few options on Amazon but wondering what you all are using. I'd like one that monitors at the very least, heart rate and steps. Thanks!

Sautéed Foods! Help!
I need help. How do I log foods that have been sautéed? Let's say I use no oil and sauté them... do they contain more calories than raw? I feel like this should be logical but I want to err on the side of caution and make sure I'm not screwing up. Thanks!!

Long Time Fat
I always wonder emotionally what a dramatic weight loss is for someone who has been fat most of their life. I've been overweight or obese since I was at least 10, at 37 now, I can't even imagine ever being a normal weight. Are you someone in this boat who HAS gotten to a normal weight? How do you feel.. really?

Another 1200 Calorie Question
Simple question but can't seem to find the answer on the net. Does any BODY burn less than 1200 calories a day? Let's say I was really short does it stand to reason that I may burn less than 1200 calories a day? Water
I think I'm alone. I can't stand drinking water unless I'm really thirsty. I can sip coffee all day long no problem but Water is a challenge... anyone else in this boat and can I justify coffee as a water substitute?? :)
