Hi hi. I usually bounce park ideas off my fiance, since he likes to play Pokemon Go when I'm running. We haven't been to Oyster Creek or Memorial Park in a while, so I'm going to see if he feels up to either one of those this weekend (probably not though since we have other stuff also going on, so he won't want to travel…

My schedule got all crazy thanks to the Pokemon Go event this weekend. xD So I didn't start the 5k trainer as planned. But I'm going to start it up Sunday morning so I can fit it with my work schedule. ;)

It depends on what my time schedule looks like and how many I'm over by. If it's less than 250, I generally move on. I may try to walk more around the house or do some busy work, but it's not worth trying to get out and put a run in. Over that, and I'll probably schedule a bit more time either that day or in the morning to…

I'm in Houston, so hot and humid are what I have to deal with. But the fact that it gets ungodly hot in the afternoons, my motivation is to get out as early as possible so I can take advantage of morning breezes before it gets too hot. Also the fact that I get off work at 6:30-7 depending on when my kids leave and how long…

I weighyself everyday because I like to track the numbers (I'm a data nerd), but I officially log once a week (Sunday mornings to keep my weekend in check) and then take into consideration my midweek (Wednesday) weight.

Hello there. I'm starting back up 5k training tomorrow (fits better with my work schedule).
-
I'm a fruit snacker. That tends to be what I want. Though if I'm craving chocolate, I'll have a piece of chocolate and modify the rest of the day to allow for it.
-
I've never completed it, bit it takes place between the first two episodes. It gives a little more side story and, from the parts I've done, are a bit lighter than the original story.

Yo. I do a lot of my shopping at Aldi's. Right now their Elevation by Millville bars are my jam. I've been happy with a majority of the house brands.
-
I do it because it 1) is when the temperature is most tolerable here in Houston and 2) it fits best within my schedule. I'm a morning person and have the time to workout in the morning, so it is when I take care of my fitness goals.
-
I always plan and set aside late snack calories and keep some lower calorie options in the house (fruit, quick grab bars). Right now, I'm addicted to Elevation advanced bars from Aldi's. They're 170-ish calories and are a good way to fill what I'm craving.

Many times and I've gained a majority of that weight back. The only weight I've kept off is the first 15 pounds I lost around three years ago. Since then I've list the same additional 15 pounds repeatedly.

Jealous. I never got to try the official one because one day my Starbucks is out of Cold Brew and the next they were out of the syrup (and I was told they didn't know if they were getting any more). Time one, I had a lovely barista that doctored up a mock using iced coffee and only charged me the cold brew price. I really…

I live on Starbucks (My work demands I be functioning on sugar and caffeine before I even clock in). I like to get light versions of the frapps as they're pretty reasonable on calories (plus are decent tasting, especially after an extra shot of espresso). I also do the cold brews and have tried one of their new infusion…

They've also updated and changed some of the earlier audio from the original, so going back meant I got to pick that new stuff out. I'm actually eagerly awaiting the update to the 5k training.

Welcome. :) I've been at it for two weeks primarily walking. I'm getting back to doing Zombies, Run which adds some running into my routine (gotta stay away from those zombs).
-
Sent an invite. :)

We completely forgot and missed out (yay wedding planning and busy work schedules leaving us shot and not gaming).
-
Yo. I have such a hard time escaping Skyrim. And most of my time ends up being chasing butterflies.
-
I've gone back to my game of choice, LotRO. I missed playing it and I got into a good, friendly kin this weekend. I also plan to go back and play some DA:O in prep for Kingmaker.
-
It definitely looks that way. I've gone up through a chunk of season two in the past. I'm starting from scratch and it felt good to hear familiar voices and tun from those zombs.
-
I usually have subway for my on-the-job lunches since I can break a foot long into two meals. Though I've now tried two of Starbucks's protein boxes (roasted turkey and BBQ chicken) and liked them as a quick lunch I can have at work while the kids are asleep.
-
Starbucks Cold Brews (sweet vanilla cream is my favorite. I'm wanting to try the toasted coconut, but my local ones haven't had the cold brew to make it). And the light caramel frapp + an espresso shot.
-
Newbie here. But I'm here.
-
Thanks. Going to get back to ZR starting this morning. I'm missing my Abel peeps.
-
It's an interesting concept. I looked at some of the products and I see things I'd be interested in actually purchasing (granola).
-
I go out early (I'm generally at the park by 7) on most days. On the day's I can't do morning workiuts, I keep them short with lots of rehydating and time to cool back down before I return to chasing the kiddos.
-
Not a mom, but I work in daycare with early toddlers (12-18 months). Also looking to lose while chasing today around and avoiding the temptation of childhood favorites. Feel free to add me.

Hello fellow geeks. I'm Lula and I would have to say my superpowers range from retaining random trivia to many abilities related to watching young children (the ability to sense children being where they shouldn't, smelling a stinky diaper across the room, and lifting various weighed children repeatedly for many hours).

Awesome progressand congrats on motherhood. Love to see another lady rocking the freckles.
