  • @ Runnergirl238 - I’ll make the switch to bananas and see if I note a difference. It is whey protein and it sounds like I should make the switch to something else.   • As a fellow binge-er I've found that therapy has really helped me, as I am an emotional eater. Firstly it greatly helped in feeling validated in my feelings, which helps with the love/hate dialogue in my mind. Then it helped me to process my feelings, to where I wasn't always turning to food when going through something.…
  • I felt the same way with WW new program. Sometimes change isn’t always for the better. Wishing you lots of success! Hopefully some of these changes will help you get off some of the meds. I know that the increased activity level and eating better has helped my depression greatly.

  • I have had the same struggle my whole life, with the ups and downs. MFP has been easy to use and the community is super motivating! You can do it, just start setting small goals for yourself and once you achieve those you can build momentum. We can do this together!!
