I'm in recovery, too. (Does recovery ever end, really??) When I decided to try to lose weight, I planned it ahead of time with a therapist and dietician. You really can't be too careful.

I took an extra nap this week just because I felt a little run down. Totally worth it!

I've been in recovery for five years now. Trying to stay on the good side of that line between health/nutrition awareness and obsession/deprivation. Our minds are so strong! I think we can live the rest of our lives in recovery if we stay mindful and honest with ourselves. Best of luck!
