I need advice or help understanding please. I am 5’1 and pretty much no excercise yet My MFP ap says to have 1470 for my weight loss goal. For kicks I checked out what my maintenance should be. It says 1370. Shouldn’t I just eat at 1370 then?

I should have clarified. I’m a procrastinator. I’m writing out only attainable goals. For example clean out my car. My mom died last month and that made my who cares, woe is me attitude even worse. For crab or most seafood restaurants use old bay. Not sure what's in it. I'm not sure if you are using powered onion and garlic but if you use fresh or even roasted as mentioned above, it is way more flavorful.

I have PCOS and was diagnosed about 12 years ago. The most important bit of advice that I can give anyone who is newly diagnosed is to not just focus on the fertility issues or even weight loss issues but in learning how your body reacts to specific foods and so forth. Thanks. I weigh every Saturday at the grocery store usually between 3-4 pm. I have lost some weight, 3 lbs. But before when I lost weight you couldn't tell from just 3 lbs.
