I’ve been in a big slump. My head has been killing me. I’m getting pathetic with feeling sorry for myself. Today is much better!!

I just noticed my face. Instead of 3 chins when I started this. I only have a small waddle neck!

I did it! I ate my fav pizza. It did not trigger a binge. I had two slices with wine. I was full and now I know for sure that I can actually do this. Although I did not like my mindset. I was more excited than a kid at Christmas all day in anticipation. But at the pizzeria I actually felt like a normal person.

Today I stepped on the scale and lost a little bit more so I’m -40 lbs in 140 days and my calories per day are now 1240. Happy Day!!!

My goal is to just keep eating at a deficit one day at a time. I have a tremendous amount of weight to lose and when I think about it too long it overwhelms me. If I just focus on this day I know I can do this. If I focus on the 165 left to lose I get discouraged.

I took a diet break from Wednesday to today. I’m happy I did. I was scared to weigh myself this morning but my weight stayed the same. Perfect!!!
