I haven't had the carrot spice ones. Just the plain. They weren't very good. Very bland. Tasted like cardboard (if I knew what cardboard tasted like lol)

I agree it can be overwhelming. I think the best thing to do is just eat the way that works best for you and makes your body happy/feel good :smile:

I'm no expert but cutting your calories too low not only makes it harder to maintain but it can cause other problems. You're not giving your body the proper nutrition it needs. Faster isn't always better.

Whoa!!! You are cutting your calories way too low!! That's not healthy at all. You should correctly put in your info on mfp, set for -2lbs/week and eat what it says.

I tried it and found it wasn't a great program for me. I'm much happier tracking my calories and macros on mfp. I did pay for 6 months of meetings so I just go weigh in to keep some accountability.

I used premium strictly for having more options to customize macros and calorie options. At the time I was carb cycling and it helped as far as being able to set different goals for different days. Now I just do the same daily so no point paying for premium. I didn't really use any of the other features.
