What the health?
Has anyone watched the Netflix "documentary", What the health? Any opinions on what they are advising? I've seen quite a few different health/food docs and they all seem to contradict each other and induce scare tactics. It's hard to know what's good or bad for us anymore.

Advice with HRM pls
I find mfp over estimates calorie burns. To get a more accurate reading I plan to start using my polar watch. My question is, what is more accurate for calorie burns...a wrist based continuous HRM or a chest strap HRM? And if there is any difference, is it a big one? Thanks:)
